Aka Carolina anole, American green anole, American anole, green anole and red-throated anole is common on the coastal plain of the semitropical southeast. I found this one in my son’s garden in Wilmington, NC. There were several interacting with each other which made me feel a little like I was in miniature Jurassic Park.
