Ten minutes after I shot the sunset scene that I posted yesterday the sky was still putting on a colorful display. I have seen so many people photographing sunset but stop the second the sun drops below the horizon. I have sometimes photographed the best of the sunset well after the sun has dropped out of sight. Same is true about sunrise, in reverse of course. Get to your sunrise site at least 30 minutes before sunrise, 45 is even better. then, …ready…set…glow.
