I had a fun afternoon of photography a couple of days ago at Indian River Inlet. There were a lot of birds feeding and resting on and around the jetty. Cormorants, Brandt, Long-tailed Ducks, Surf Scoters, Buffelhead Ducks, and a pair of Common Eiders provided a lot of great subjects to photograph. Here is a sampling of what I was shooting.
