I live in Rehoboth Beach and I found this one among my plants. The first time I ever saw one here. What do you feed it? Do you put grass and water inside container? What do they eat? Howe can you tell if its a snapping turtle and how do you tell whether its male or female?. It looks just like the one above. I want to keep it as a pet for my granddaughter. Do they like standing in water and how much do you put in a container?
Whats a box turtle and how can you tell if its not a snapping turtle. Mine looks just like the picture above.
