I saw a white tailed buck, with a group of does, snorting and spraying what I assume was saliva. Has any body ever seen this behavior? It was very hard to photograph because he was deep into a thicket and was moving his head up and down and back and forth a fair amount. Despite the out of focus subject, the action was very unusual and I wanted to share the photos of it. I have never seen this before. I hope he isn’t sick.
