Winds were howling out of the northwest, off Delaware Bay, at 35 mph when I made this photograph at 9:45 this morning. A touch of New England here in Delaware. The winds were feeding into the center of the storm that was intensifying off the New Jersey coast and giving the Boston area (where I grew up) a heavy load of snow. A little present for my old home from DE.
