While we were on the Outer Banks two weeks ago, we explored some of the back roads where they exist. This cemetery, shaded by a very old live oak tree dripping with Spanish moss, lies between a road fronting houses and the marsh just in the background in Hatteras Village. Great morning light seeping through the hanging moss made this a very spooky scene.
