The Heceta Head Lighthouse, north of the town of Florence Oregon, is a working lighthouse AND a bed & breakfast. Built around 1874 this lighthouse’ name is either pronounced Ha-See-Ta or HECK-ah-Ta according to their website. There is a great pull off on Rte. 101 just south of the lighthouse for photography and enjoying the view in case you find yourself out there.
