As we continue the plunge into the depths of winter the water in the two bays and ocean that surround Delmarva turn colder and colder. With a continuation of arctic air masses covering us, we just might see the bays freeze up like they did back in March 2015 when this photo was taken. Although technically here now we know from experience that, weather-wise, WINTER IS COMING.
