I find geometric patterns created by buildings very interesting. In my minds eye as I photograph cityscapes it is the convergence of lines that catches my eye. The more I look the more I see the interplay of lines which often has me adjust my position on the sidewalk or street until the patterns, lines, elements and textures get as ‘right’ to my eye as I can get them. Compose, then click. I saw this scene totally in black and white when I shot it which, to me, is the best visualization of this fascinating subject.
