Daylight hours are longer, daffodils are in bloom, spring peepers are chirping, red buds on trees are getting larger, winter birds have left and summer birds are arriving, but the weather hasn’t been told apparently. It’s spring in Delaware and any type of weather can, and probably will happen. Today it snowed, perhaps the last snow of the season (hopefully) and probably in two weeks I will be cutting the grass wearing shorts. You just have to love spring in the Mid-Atlantic. This was the scene just outside of Dover this morning.
