On April 14, 2014 I photographed this egret at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Over the next 30 days spring will take hold in Delaware and we will see many signs of the new season including the return of these wading birds in good numbers. Get ready to get out there and photograph the signs of the warming weather. Who’s ready for that?
