By the end of February here on the Delmarva Peninsula the signs that winter is beginning to release its icy grasp on the outdoors and that the warmth of spring is approaching. It was a cold, drizzly morning here today but a sunny afternoon melted away with the setting sun on Rehoboth Bay.
