Cold air is pushing into the DE coast this evening, bringing in snow and a significant change in the weather for the next few days. If it stays cold enough for long enough ocean and bay salt water freezes and scenes like this can be found. This is in Rehoboth a few years ago. Wave splash covered the pilings resulting in frosted caps and a very cold looking scene.
