As the first effects of Hurricane Erin arrived at the Mid-Atlantic coast, sunset Wednesday night in Ocean City showcased the growing surf and a spectacular sunset. The outer cloud bands from the hurricane opened the sky a bit as the sun set. Surfers (barely visible) enjoyed the growing swell at the OC Inlet jetty. The tide pool on the flooded beach reflected the glowing sky. All in all the elements came together quite nicely.
