Hog Wild

I’m currently working on assignment to photograph some of the many places our food originates from.  Through this work I have been spending some time with folks working on the water in local farms.  I had the pleasure, recently, of visiting Enoch Farms (@enochfarms) and photographed their piglets and self-shedding sheep.  Beautiful livestock and great young farmers who I was very happy too spend some time with on their farm.  I have some of their scrapple and hot Italian sausage to sample in the coming days.
